Judith A. Todd

Dr. Judith Todd graduated with her B.A. from UNM in 1968 with an English major. After teaching on the Zuni reservation for two years, she headed to Chicago and graduated with her M.Div. from McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago in 1975. She was ordained as a Presbyterian minister and worked as the Associate for Mission Interpretation and Funds Development in the Presbytery of Chicago before moving to California to work on her M.A. and Ph.D. at the Graduate Theological Union. Judith taught Biblical languages, both Hebrew and Greek, as well as Biblical Studies both Old and New Testaments. She was Associate Professor of Old Testament at Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City for 12 years. Judith is retired, and continues to work with Water in the Desert Ministries: A Christian Center for Spiritual Renewal in Albuquerque. She has co-authored two books: Living into the Answers (Upper Room, 2008) and Listen for God’s Leading (Upper Room, 2009). The books focus on developing spiritual discernment individually and corporately.
